  • I will use Copilot/J.A.R.V.I.S. only for legitimate business purposes.
  • I understand that Copilot is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgment.
  • I will validate outputs before acting on them.

1.2 Data Responsibility

  • I will only input data I am authorized to access.
  • I will not enter sensitive or restricted data, including:
    • Passwords, API keys, or credentials
    • Financial account or payment data
    • Confidential HR or legal records (unless explicitly authorized)
  • I understand that I am fully responsible for any data I submit.

1.3 Security Compliance

  • I will not use Copilot to:
    • Circumvent security controls
    • Access data outside my permissions
    • Generate or manipulate misleading or harmful content
  • I will report any unexpected or suspicious behavior immediately.

1.4 Data Processing Awareness

  • I understand that:
    • Copilot processes data from systems I already have access to
    • My interactions may be logged for security, auditing, and compliance purposes
  • I will operate under the assumption that all inputs and outputs are recordable and reviewable.

1.5 Accuracy & Risk Awareness

  • I acknowledge that:
    • Copilot outputs may be incomplete or incorrect
    • I am responsible for verifying technical, financial, or business-critical information
  • I will not rely on AI-generated content without appropriate validation.

1.6 Accountability

  • I accept full accountability for:
    • My prompts and inputs
    • My interpretation of outputs
    • Actions taken based on AI assistance

2. Prohibited Activities (Explicit Acknowledgment)

I understand and agree that I must NOT:
  • Input restricted or sensitive data beyond operational necessity
  • Use Copilot for unauthorized surveillance or profiling
  • Attempt to override, bypass, or test system security controls
  • Use AI-generated output to mislead stakeholders or external parties
  • Share Copilot outputs externally without appropriate validation and approval

3. Enforcement & Consequences

I understand that:
  • Use of Copilot is subject to monitoring and audit
  • Violations of this policy may result in:
    • Revocation of access
    • Disciplinary action
    • Legal action where applicable
