Driver Pay Increase Goes Into Effect June 14, 2003 (June 18, 2003)

The pay scales for all driver employees of HazMat Environmental Group went up on June 14, 2003.

Drivers' pay is divided into three categories depending upon seniority with the company. The top rate for mileage pay becomes 41 cents per mile and can increase to 43 cents per mile, based upon the driver attaining certain MPG fuel efficiency targets. Hourly pay rates increase correspondingly.

These increases enhance a compensation package already recognized as one of the best in the industry. This is in line with HazMat's policy to employ only well-trained and motivated drivers and to retain their services through exceptional compensation provisions and working conditions.
