Weekend mileage - Threshold will increase from 1,000 to 1,200 miles.

For all pickup types driver pay will begin at appointment time; no waiver of pay for 1st 30 minutes on site.

Personal Days - Paid at Vacation Rate 1 Day after 1 year / 2 Days after 5 yrs / 3 Days after 10 yrs.

Anniversary Bonus - $1,000.00 paid each year after 10 years of service

Fuel MPG Bonus - 1 cent per mile for meeting target MPG plus 2/10 cents per mile for each 1/10 over target

Health Care Insurance - Blue Cross/Blue Shield coverage with low weekly co-pays

Life Insurance - $100,000 Company paid policy on all full time employees

401K Retirement Savings Plan - 100% Company match on the first 4%
